Ealing scaffolders
Ealing is a borough of Victorian and Edwardian houses, many of them in conservation areas, with mansion blocks and flats around Ealing Broadway and a busy town centre of shops and offices. Much of the scaffolding work here is on homes: loft conversions and mansard extensions, re-roofs, chimney repairs and full redecoration, often on terraced streets with little room to spare.
Our yard in Tidmarsh is near junction 12 of the M4, which runs straight into West London, and we take on domestic and commercial work across Ealing. In London, our projects include netted scaffolds across several blocks of flats in Kings Cross for new windows, on both the street and courtyard sides, with lattice beams keeping the entrances clear.

On most roads it is the London Borough of Ealing. On red routes, such as the A40 Western Avenue and the North Circular, the licence comes from Transport for London instead. Any scaffold on a pavement or road needs one, and we will tell you at the survey which applies to your site.
Yes. We scaffold the front and rear of terraced and semi-detached houses for loft conversions and mansard extensions, adapt the scaffold as the build goes up, and can add a temporary roof to keep the house dry while the roof is open.
Scaffolding on your own property does not need planning permission, but if your house is listed, check with Ealing Council’s planning team before any fixings go into the historic fabric. We can send them our proposed tie positions beforehand.
Yes. Lattice beams can carry the scaffold over the pavement and entrances, with high-visibility protection on the uprights and netting on the lifts above, so people can pass safely underneath, as they did beneath our scaffolds in Kings Cross and at The George Hotel in Reading.
Yes. We scaffold shops, offices and blocks of flats for refurbishment, windows, cladding and painting, with netting and protected walkways where needed, and supply designs, risk assessments and method statements.
