Scaffolding for development sites
Access that keeps pace with the build
On a development, the scaffold has to keep up with the programme. Bricklayers need the next lift, roofers need safe access at the eaves, and the site manager needs the paperwork for every change. We scaffold new builds for housebuilders and main contractors, including Redrow Homes, Bovis Homes, Berkeley Homes and Lang Homes, planning each structure around the build sequence and adapting it as plots and phases move on. Every scaffold is erected by CISRS-qualified scaffolders to TG20:21 guidance, with the documentation your site needs.
Adapted lift by lift
We raise and alter the scaffold as the build rises, scheduled around your programme.
Built to your site rules
We work to your site rules and inductions, with method statements and risk assessments issued before work starts.
Access for every trade
Stable platforms and clear access routes for brickwork, roofing and finishing trades.
Pre-qualified contractor
CHAS, Constructionline Gold and SSIP accredited, so we fit into principal contractor supply chains.

How it works
From survey to strike
One team looks after your scaffold from the first site visit to the day it comes down.
Survey
We visit the site, measure up and check access, ground conditions and whether a highway licence is needed.
Design & paperwork
The scaffold is specified to TG20:21, or designed bespoke where the structure needs it, with method statements and risk assessments issued before work starts.
Written quote
You receive a clear quotation setting out the scaffold, the hire period and the programme.
Erect & hand over
Our CISRS-qualified team erects the scaffold, then inspects and tags it before anyone uses it.

Inspections continue through the hire, and we adapt the scaffold as the work moves on.
Strike & clear
When the job is done, we dismantle the scaffold and clear the site on the agreed date.

FAQs
New build & development scaffolding questions
Straight answers to the things people ask before booking scaffolding. Anything else, just call 0800 2086 905 or 07831 197615.
Ask a questionCan you work to our build programme?
Yes. Tell us the build sequence and when each lift is needed, and we will schedule the erection and adaptations around it, raising and altering the scaffold as the build rises.
Do you work for housebuilders and principal contractors?
Yes. Our clients include Redrow Homes, Bovis Homes, Berkeley Homes and Lang Homes. We work to site rules and induction requirements, and supply method statements, risk assessments and CISRS cards before work starts.
Are you accredited for supply-chain pre-qualification?
We hold CHAS, Constructionline Gold and SSIP accreditations, and our scaffolders carry CISRS cards. Ask and we will send the certificates your pre-qualification needs.
Is the scaffold inspected during the hire?
Yes. Scaffolds must be inspected by a competent person before first use, after any alteration or event such as high winds, and at least every seven days. We carry out these checks through the hire and keep the records up to date.
Can you add a temporary roof?
Yes. A temporary roof over the scaffold keeps the structure and the internal trades dry, so work can carry on in bad weather. Mention it when you request a quote and we will include it.
