Alton scaffolders
Alton is an old market town, with a high street of Georgian and older buildings, many of them listed, and a brewing history that shaped much of the town. Jane Austen’s house is just down the road in Chawton. Scaffolding in the centre needs to protect old brick, render and roofs, and keep the pavements open for the shops.
From our yard in Tidmarsh, Alton is reached via Basingstoke and the A339, and we cover the town and the villages around it, from Chawton, Holybourne and Bentley to Four Marks, Medstead and Binsted. We scaffold homes for re-roofs, chimneys, extensions and redecoration, and shops and commercial buildings in the town. Our nearest project is in Basingstoke, where we scaffolded a multi-storey block for recladding and new windows.
Heritage scaffolding for listed and period buildings.
Roofs, chimneys and redecoration across the town.
Pavements and shopfronts kept clear beneath the scaffold.
